    Once you have established a relationship with a realtor they are a friend for life. Molly was a constant support and always available for a question. She is very knowledgeable in today's market what buyers are looking for. Because of her suggestions we were able to sell the home for more than the asking price. To ease any stress...Molly is fun and enthusiastic! Now onto selling another home, which we have entrusted to her. :)

    I am not sure I could have asked for a better selling experience than the one Molly and her team provided for us. She worked with us before listing our house to advise on how it should be staged. She enlisted the best photographer to provide quality photos; they truly looked like art. And built the strategy to tease those looking for homes with a "Coming Soon". We had 14 showings in the first three days, one of them netting a great offer.After accepting the offer, she checked in with us regularly to make sure we didn't have any questions and helped get us to the finish line.I would not hesitate to recommend the services of her and her team to anyone needing a real estate advisor.

    Molly was incredible to work with. As first time home buyers we did not know a lot about the home buying process. Molly coached us through it and guided us through multiple offers, each time making sure we did not get too overzealous and offer out of our means or what was reasonable. It was evident that Molly was committed to finding us the perfect house for us and did not rush the process one bit. We would recommend working with Molly to anybody!
