This is a remarkable piece of ground!! The property is mostly high ground with a couple low areas mixed in. It has a remarkable mix of timber. The owners planted a pine plantation in a portion of the southern half. The pine plantation is mostly Balsam Fir with a few white spruce, red pine and white pine spread around the property as well. The northern portion of the property is mostly aspen with ash, maple, a few oaks and a great mix of pine varieties mixed in. Both parts of the property have much to offer for deer and other game.
